我国三甲医院志愿服务现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解目前我国三甲医院志愿服务的开展现状,探讨如何完善医院志愿者管理制度,提高志愿者服务的长效性。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对卫生部提供的113所三甲医院为样本进行调查,并采用SPSS统计软件建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:大部分三甲医院均开展了志愿服务项目,主要内容集中在指引疏导、接受患者咨询和健康教育,并且成立了专门的部门。三甲医院志愿服务发展中还存在一些困难与问题。结论:应建立和健全医院志愿服务的长效发展机制,制定相关法律法规,切实保障志愿者的合法权益,促进我国医院志愿服务的常态化与可持续发展。Objectives： To learn the status quo of vohmtary service in top tertiary hospital and to improve hospital voluntary regulation and promole the long term effects of voluntary service. Methods： 113 top tertiary, hospitals in China received a questionnaire which designed by the research team. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Results： Most of top tertiary hospitals have been carried out voluntary service. The service focused on concierge,consultation and health education. Furthermore, special organization was established to regular the volunteer service. Difficulties and problems of voluntary service in top tertiary hospitals also existed. Conclusions： It is considered to establish and improve long term mechanism on voluntary service, legislate to assure volunteer＇s legitimate rights to promote hospital voluntary service healthy and sustainable development.
