以志愿服务为切入点的新时期医院青年思想教育模式的实践与探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索志愿服务对于医院青年思想认识的影响,并希望通过志愿服务有效促进青年的思想教育工作。方法:通过问卷调查、焦点小组和深度访谈等方法研究青年参加志愿服务前后的思想状况变化。结果:志愿服务在医院青年人的奉献精神、责任心、团队精神以及职业精神的培养等方面起到了有效的促进作用。结论:新时期医院青年思想教育可以考虑合理引入志愿服务内容,以志愿服务为切入点的思想教育新模式能够帮助青年人实现思想和能力各方面的不断提升。Objectives： To explore the effect of voluntary service on the youth＇s ideology and to effeetively improve youth＇s ideology by volunteer servive in hospital. Methods： With the methods of questionnaire survey, focus group interview and in-depth interview, the changes of youth＇s ideulogy before and after carrying out volunteer service were analyzed. Results： Voluntary service plays a positive role on buihling up their philosophy and improving their responsibility, team work and professional morality. Conclusions： Youth ideology education under current environment is considered to rationally introduce voluntary service. Ideology education mode with pointcut of voluntary service can help youth promoting their thoughts and capacities.
