取消住院押金“先看病后付费”模式实证研究

摘　　要：通过实证研究的方法,对兖州市中医院取消住院押金构建"先看病后付费"服务模式的研究,并和区域内另外两所医院的相关数据对比,认为该诊疗模式有利于缓解"看病难、看病贵"问题,推动当地社会主义诚信文化的建设,加大医院改革的动力,推动公立医院的内部改革,提高公立医院的公信度。Using the empirical research method, the paper studies the service mode of ＂treatment before payment＂ without hospitalization deposit in Yanzhou City. By comparative of relative data with 2 hospitals which do not carry out treatment before payment mode in Yanzhou, it shows that the mode of ＂treatment before payment＂ is of great significance in alleviating the problem of ＂difficulty and high cost of getting medical service＂ , improving the local construction of socialist credibility culture, increasing the power of hospital reform, promoting the reform and strengthening the soeial reliability of public hospital.
