摘 要:以废弃产品中可以继续使用或通过再制造加工可以再使用的零部件作为零件输入的再制造生产系统,区别于原始生产过程的一个显著特点就是再制造对象质量信息等的不完备性,因此导致了每一个再制造对象的再制造工艺信息都呈现出个性化差异。通过对再制造生产系统可靠性产生影响的质量、时间、系统要素等因素的分析,以及再制造零件质量不确定性与再制造生产系统可靠性的关系研究,对再制造生产系统可靠性进行了建模,提出了零件质量不确定影响下再制造生产系统可靠度定量计算方法,为提高生产系统设计及再制造生产工艺优化提供了理论依据。In a remanufacturing production system, the part importations are from abandoned products that can still be used or can be reused by remanufacturing. Thus, the main difference between a remanufactur- ing production system and a normal production system is that the quality information of the objects to be re- manufactured is uncertain, so is the remanufacturing technical information of every object. In this paper, the influencing factors of quality, time, and system component are analyzed. Also, study is done on the relationship between remanufacturing parts uncertainty and remanufacturing production system reliability. Based on the analysis, remanufaeturing production system reliability model and method for calculating re manufacturing production system reliability under the uncertainty of parts quality are presented. This meth od provides theory for improving remanufacturing production system design and optimizing remanufacturing production technical system.
