摘　　要：目的 介绍微弹簧圈(MC)血管内治疗25例颅内动脉瘤。方法 使用国产普通MC和进口电解可脱弹簧圈(GDC),经血管内治疗颅内动脉瘤25例,大多数病例在局麻下施术。2例Hunt-Hess V级病人急性期治疗请麻醉师协助。结果 本组25例中死亡2例,完全闭塞动脉瘤20例,不完全闭塞5例。15例随访3月～4年无一例再出现SAH。结论 MC血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是切实可行的治疗方法,尤其对宽颈动脉瘤及形状不规则的难治性动脉瘤。其效果确实,创伤小,康复快。但远期效果还有待大宗病例的血管造影随访观察。[Abstract] Objective To introduce the endovascuar embolization of 25 cases of intracranial aneurysms with MicroCoils(MC) .Methods Endovascular embolization of 25 cases of intracranial aneurysms with MC .Self-made free MC and Guglielmi detachable coil(GDC) were used, Local anesthesia was given in most patients. 2 cases of acute Hunt-Hess grade V were assisted by anesthetist .Results Two deaths relating to embolization occurred in our group .Complete occlusion of 20 aneurysms were acheived immediately and partionly occlusion in the rest. There were no SAH occurring after 3 months - 4 years followed-up in 15. Conclusions Endovascular MC and GDC embolization is verified as a safe and available method for neurysms, especially for wide-neck aneurysm and for some inaccessible a-neurysm of irregular form .The eventual result is still needed to be verified with angiography by large amount of cases.
