自我管理模式在呼吸内科肿瘤患者PICC置管中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨自我管理模式在呼吸内科肿瘤患者PICC置管中的应用价值。方法选取2009年1月至2012年1月间收治的110例肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组55例,选择院外疗养期间进行自我管理PICC置管;对照组55例,选择院外疗养期间定期归院进行PICC置管维护。结果观察组患者维护情况较好,无并发症率为94.5%,高于对照组的81.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者非常满意率为70.9%,高于对照组的43.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我护理模式在呼吸内科肿瘤患者PICC置管中应用良好,并发症发生率较低,且与归院治疗无明显差异。Objective To explore the self-management among respiratory medical cancer patients with PICC. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital during respiratory department of internal medicine clinic tumor patients 110 patients as the research object, divided into observation group and control group. The observation group 55 cases, chose the self-management of PICC during the outside the hospital infirmary; 55 cases in the control group, select the hospital convalescence regularly to hospital for PICC catheter maintenance. Results The observation group maintenance in good condition, the uncom- plicated patients amounted to 94. 5%, higher than that of the 12. 7% of the control group（P 〈0. 05） . The patients of observation group were very satisfied with treatment in the rate of 70. 9% , higher than that in the control group with 43.6% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Self-management among respiratory medical cancer patients with PICC has good application, with a low incidence of complications, and no obvious difference with the hospital treatment, can strengthen the popularization and application.
