宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感与生活质量的相关性及对生活质量的影响。方法分别采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表、一般癌症生存质量评估量表(FACT-CX)和宫颈癌特异模块(CCS)调查168例宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感和生活质量情况,并以疾病不确定感评分62.5为界,分为高分组和低分组,进行生活质量评价。结果宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感处于高水平,疾病不确定感与生活质量成负相关(r=-0.19～-0.49,P<0.05),且低分组生活质量各维度得分及总分均高于高分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾病不确定感显著影响宫颈癌的生活质量,医护人员应指导患者进行有效的不确定感管理,降低不确定感对患者生活质量的影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between uncertainty and life quality of inpatients with cervical cancer, and to discuss the influence of disease uncertainty on life quality. Methods A cross- sectional study was conducted. The Mishel uncertainty in illness scale（MUIS） and the functional assessment of 168 patients of cervical cancer and 62. 5 of the disease uncertainty score as a dividing line, the observation group was divided into hight-score group and low-score group to assess life quality. Results The uncertain- ty of patients with cervical cancer was at bight level . Related analysis shows that the patients life quality was negative relationship with the uncertain in illness （ r = -0. 19 - -0. 49, P 〈 0. 05 ） and quality of life were significantly lower in the low score group than those in the hight score group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The disease uncertainty significant influence on the quality of life of cervical cancer. Nurses should take effective interventions to decrease patients＇ uncertainty to improve their quality of life.
