摘  要:为探究不同大豆材料的抗蚜机理,初步研究了蚜虫胁迫后不同抗蚜性大豆材料叶片内MDA含量及各种保护酶活性的变化。结果表明:在接种大豆蚜24 h后,不同抗蚜性大豆材料MDA含量及SOD、POD、PPO和PAL活性均呈现上升的趋势,表现为抗蚜性越强,MDA含量变化越小,SOD、POD、PPO和PAL活性提高越明显。由此可见,在蚜虫危害胁迫下,感抗品种间SOD、POD、PAL和PPO活性的变化程度与大豆的抗蚜性机理密切相关。For the purpose of discussing the mechanism of resistanc, e to aphid of different soybean materials, the dynamics of MDA content and the activities of protective enzymes in the leaves of soybean materials with different resistance to Aphis gly- cines Matsumura were preliminarily studied. The results showed that MDA content and the SOD,POD,PPO and PAL activities in soybean materials with different aphid resistance were all increased in 24 11 after inoculation of the Aphis glycines Matsumu- ra. Soybean with higher aphid resistance showed lower increment of MDA content and higher increment of SOD, POD, PPO and PAL activity. Therefore, under the stress of aphid, the variation degree of SOD, POD, PPO and PAL activity were closely related with the resistant mechanism of soybean to aphid.
