摘 要:建立了ZS195柴油机缸内数值模拟模型,模拟柴油机从进气门关闭到排气门开启这个阶段内缸内工作过程,并对模型进行了标定。介绍了并行计算的软硬件系统,通过调整模拟计算量的大小测试了并行计算的性能。结果表明,小模拟计算量时并行计算不能明显提高模拟计算速度,甚至会降低速度;大模拟计算量时并行计算可以比较明显提高模拟计算速度;LINUX系统的并行计算性能要好于WINDOWS XP系统的并行计算性能;主频越高,并行计算速度也越快。In-cylinder simulation model of ZS195 diesel engine was built. In-cylinder working process from the intake valve closing to the exhaust valve opening was simulated and the model was calibrated. The software and hardware system of parallel computation was introduced. Meanwhile, the performance of parallel computation was tested through the adjustment of compu- tation scale. The results indicate that the parallel computation cannot enhance the simulation computation speed obviously and even reduce it when the computation scale is small. The parallel computation can improve the simulation computation speed ob- viously when the computation scale is large. The performance of parallel computation for LINUX system is better than that for WINDOWS XP system. The basic frequency is higher, and the parallel computation speed is faster.
