摘  要:为了改善柴油机喷嘴内部燃油流动状况,使喷入气缸内的燃油达到较好的雾化质量,对长径比、过渡圆角与直径比、喷孔锥角比及K(K的值反映喷孔的形状)系数等喷嘴结构参数进行了设计。用正交试验法绘制了L9(34)正交表,针对每组方案建立了喷嘴内部流场的CFD三维模型,并进行了流体动力学模拟计算。利用SPSS对模拟结果进行了分析,得到了喷嘴结构参数对喷孔内部燃油空穴现象、流速、湍动能及流量系数影响的主次顺序,为喷嘴结构优化、燃油雾化特性改善提供了理论依据。In order to improve the internal flow situation of diesel engine to achieve the better atomization of injected fuel, the nozzle structural parameters such as length-diameter ratio, the round angle radius and diameter ratio, the jet orifice cone angle and its shape coefficient K were designed. The L9 (34) orthogonal table was drawn based on the orthogonal test, the 3D model of internal nozzle flow field for each scheme was established, and the CFD simulation and calculation were carried out. By ana- lyzing the simulated result with SPSS, the primary and secondary influences of nozzle structural parameters on internal fuel cav- itation, flow velocity, turbulent kinetic energy and flow coefficient were acquired ,which provides the theoretical basis for noz- zle structure optimization and fuel atomization improvement
