摘  要:现有的节流管汇在井控节流压井过程中出现局部冲蚀问题。提出了防冲刺节流管汇的结构改进方案,并建立CFD模型,分别研究了不同开度和含气量对防冲刺节流管汇冲蚀的影响。现场试验表明,新结构具有良好的防冲刺作用,提高了节流管汇的使用寿命。According to present throttle manifold,the local erosion problem exists when the well control throttle process,the structural improve ideas and solutions of anti-erosion ~ piercement device were proposed and the computational model of erosion resistance device were established. The influence of anti-erosion of a well control throttle with different opening and air content were studied,comparing to field trials,the throttle with erosion resistance device has a good anti-ero- sion effect and increases the service life of throttle manifold.
