摘 要:螺杆钻具在使用过程中经常发生壳体断裂失效,导致落井事故,给钻井作业造成重大损失。螺纹副是壳体的薄弱环节。为了分析壳体的强度,以C5LZ172×7.0型螺杆钻具为例,计算了螺纹副的抗弯强度比,壳体的屈服扭矩,旋转式台肩螺纹拉扭复合强度。利用有限元软件分析了半圆键槽结构下的螺纹副应力分布。为了降低壳体断裂风险,应减少发生在壳体螺纹副处的偏磨、避免上径向轴承动圈和静圈卡死等现象。Downhole motor's housing always breaks up while working,it always results in severe accidents and lots of loss for drilling work. The housing thread is the main dangerous section. In order to analyze downhole motor housing's strength, taking C5LZ172 × 7.0 model for example, the study was made for the housing thread's bending strength ratio,thread relief groove's torsion strength,housing rotary shouldered thread's combined torsion and tension strength. At the same time the extensive FEA software ANSYS was used to analyze the thread's stress with semicircle key groove. To reduce housing's breakup risk,Housing thread' eccentric abrasion should be de- creased and upper radial bearings being stuck should be avoided.
