摘　　要：开发了60 t Consteel电弧炉适合于兑铁水不供电炼钢工艺的炉壁集束氧枪等工装设备技术,同时开展60 t Consteel电弧炉兑铁水不供电炼钢工艺的试验研究工作。研究了电弧炉在兑铁水状态下的冶炼工艺,包括冶炼过程装料制度、冶炼过程供氧、造渣制度等,从而开发成功60 t Consteel电弧炉不供电炼钢工艺,取得良好的经济效益的同时,提高了产品质量。Developed coherent oxygen lance for 60 t Consteel EAF steelmaking without power supply and adding molten iron, and other tooling equipment technology. Research on the process of the 60 t Consteel EAF steelmaking adding molten iron without power supply. Research on smelting process in hot metal charging state, including the charging system, oxygen supply smelting, slag forming system. Thereby successfully developed 60 t Consteel EAF steelmaking process without power supply, and achieved good economic benefits, improved product quality.
