摘　　要：介绍了EAF-LF-VD设备概况及冶金工艺流程,对要求低氮氧含量的SCM440钢种的冶炼工艺和实际生产情况进行了阐述和分析,冶炼终点钢水(N)+(O)≤60×106。Abstract： Introduces the equipment situation and metallurgical process of EBT-LF-VD, the user requirements low nitrogen oxygen content of the SCM440 kind of steel smelting process and actual production conditions are discussed and analysed, smelting end molten steel w（N）＋w（O） 〈60 ~ 10-6.
