摘  要:浅层水平井具有埋藏浅,地层欠压实,胶结疏松的特点,为了满足热采的要求,油层套管要求尺寸较大,进而要求造斜段井眼较大,实现浅地层大尺寸井眼高造斜率非常困难,通过对造斜率理论的研究,在地层自身造斜率一定的前提下,通过研制高造斜率导向工具能够提高浅层水平井造斜段的造斜率,达到井身设计要求,并在现场应用效果良好。Shallow horizontal wells are characterized by shallow burial, worse compaction and unconsolidated formation. In order to meet the requirement of thermal production, production casing and bore size in whipstocking section must be big. So it is difficult to achieve high build-up rate of wells with large hole in shallow layer. On the premise of fixing formation build-up rate, high BUR directional tools have been developed to enhance build-up rate in whipstocking section to achieve requirement of well profile design, and the high BUR directional tool has been successfully applied.
