摘　　要：介绍了直缝埋弧焊管发展的能源市场背景,特别是天然气长输管线的建设促进了直缝埋弧焊管的大发展。统计显示:我国现有UOE/JCOE直缝埋弧焊管机组25套,产能达到540万t以上;在长江三角洲地区密集布局了10套,产能达200万t以上。分析了UOE和JCOE这两类机组的管型和技术特性,以及直缝埋弧焊管机组的比较优势。指出了直缝埋弧焊管发展的方向:产品要多元化,应着力开发高档次和高附加值产品,坚持科学发展的理念。Introduced here in the paper is the background concerning the energy market for development of the SAWL tube production,emphasizing that it is the construction projects of long-distance natural gas pipelines that have been promoting the tremendous development of the said weld tube production. Statistic data resulting from relevant survey show that there exist at home,25 sets of UOE/JCOE plants for production the SAWL weld tube with a total capacity of above 5.4 million tons,among which 10 sets are located densely in the Yangtse River Delta area with a total capacity of above 2 millions tons. Also analyzed are the separate product types and technological characteristics of the UOE and JCOE plants,and the comparative superiorities of the SAWL plant. Finally,the development orientation of the SAWL tube is pointed out,i. e.,product diversification,development of hi-end and high value-added products,and adhering to the scientific development idea.
