摘　　要：从设计系数、原材料选用、制造检验等方面入手,分析了HFW钢管用于油气输送领域时存在的问题,并给出建议。分析认为:HFW钢管用于油气输送管道时产生的问题主要来自工艺技术和质量保证措施方面;若在管线设计时充分考虑安全裕量、选取合适钢级,制定合适的板卷技术条件及钢管生产检验等相关标准,加强HFW钢管的质量检验,HFW钢管用于油气输送管道是可行的。Analyzed are the existing problems staying with the HFW steel pipe when it is being used for oil/gas pipeline service. And according,relevant suggestions are proposed. Based on the analysis,it is concluded that the problems are mainly caused by lack of sufficient technological and quality assurance measures,and that the HFW pipe will be suitable for the above said purpose,providing that proper actions are taken,including enough safety margin as taken into consideration when doing the design of the pipeline,selection of proper steel grade,establishing proper technological conditions for the steel coil,and setting up applicable criteria for manufacture and inspection,etc. of the pipe,and making more effort in quality inspection of the HFW pipe.
