摘  要:【目的】利用MCAO模型大鼠研究厄贝沙坦(IRB)、阿司匹林(ASP)在脑卒中后对脑组织的影响。【方法】雄性Wistar大鼠40只随机分为5组:MCAO,IRB+MCAO,ASP+MCAO,IRB+ASP+MCAO,正常对照。连续给药7 d后,I-IV组行MCAO术,24 h后观察行为、梗塞容积、生化指标,SPSS16.0处理实验数据。【结果】预防性给予IRB、ASP的大鼠与单纯MCAO大鼠比较,自发活动率、抓力、过氧化氢酶水平呈上升趋势,梗塞容积、TBARS水平呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。【结论】IRB与ASP有改善脑卒中后脑损伤的作用,联合用药效果更为显著。[Objective] To study the protective effect of irbesartan alone and in combination with aspirin on MCAO model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats. [ Method ] A total of rats were divided into five groups at randome:MCAO, IRB+MCAO, ASP+MCAO, IRB+ ASP+MCAO and normal control. IRB,ASP and the combination of both were given for 7 days, then focal cerebral ischemia was induced by MCAO for 2h followed by reperfusion for 22h. After 24h of ishemia the rats were studied for behavioral parameters and then sacrificed for infarct volume and estimation of oxidative stress parameters. [Results] Pretreatment by IRB ASP and the combination showed an elevation in locomotor activity; grip strength,catalase and reduction in infract volume,TBARS as compared with MCAO rats (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] The protective effects of IRB and ASP is comfired in this study. The combination of both would yield stable beneficial effects.
