消化道症状官兵的心理健康与社会支持状况分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解某基层部队官兵消化道症状与内在心理健康、外在社会支持的关系,为心理角度防治消化疾病提供依据。【方法】采用消化道症状调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对部队基层官兵抽样调查,根据消化道症状问卷结果将被试者分为有消化道症状组(症状组)和无消化道症状组(对照组),再比较两组心理健康及社会支持情况,并将消化道状评分分别与症状自评量表得分、社会支持得分进行相关分析。【结果】根据消化道症状问卷结果将185名被试者分为症状组(n=134)和对照组(n=51);症状组在SCL-90各因子上得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且除呕血与躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、未见明显相关外,消化道各症状与SCL-90各因子均为正相关(P<0.05);症状组在社会支持总分(38.40±6.98)、对支持的利用度因子得分(7.79±2.09)分别显著低于对照组得分(41.57±7.97)、(9.19±2.57)(P<0.01)。食欲下降、恶心、饱胀不适症状及消化道总分均与对社会支持的利用度因子成负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】基层部队有消化道症状部分官兵心理健康状态低,对社会支持利用度较差。[Objective]In order to find out the relationship of arch enteric symptoms, mental health and social support during grassroots troops, and to give instructions about psychological prevention. [ Methods ] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 185 cases of Grassroots troops, by the way of symptom checklist （SCL-90）, social support rating scale （SSRS） and some simple forms about arch enteric symptoms. [Results] All the members are divided into two groups： symptom group （n = 134）and control group（n = 51）, then compare two groups, according the score of arch enteric symptoms questionnaire. Comparing with control group, the symptom group has higher scores of SCL-90 （P 〈 0.01 ）, and lower utilization of social support and total score of social support （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significantly positive correlation between arch enteric symptoms and various dimensions of SCL-90, except for the correlation between hematemesis and some factors of SCL-90. Having a poor appetite, nausea, abdominal distension and the total score of enteric symptoms have significantly negative relationship with utilization of social support.[Conclution ]TArch enteric symptoms of grassroots troops have lower mental health and poor utilization of social support.
