摘　　要：特应性皮炎是在遗传背景下由免疫失衡造成的皮肤炎症反应性疾病,但其确切发病机理复杂,临床上尚无特殊有效的治疗手段。近年研究发现,一些免疫制剂对特应皮炎具有良好疗效,有望成为特应性皮炎免疫治疗的新方向。本文阐述了免疫抑制剂和免疫调节剂在特应性皮炎中应用的进展。Stopic dermatitis （AD） is a kind of cutaneous inilammatory diseases caused by immune imbalance in genetic background. However, the exact mechanisms is complicated and and there is still no special effective means for treatment clinically. Recently, some immunosuppressive agents could produce a good curative effect to AD, which would make them to become a novel direction for the im- munotherapy of AD. This paper reviewed systematically the progress of some immunosuppressive and immunomodulator agents in the treatment of AD.
