摘　　要：当前,我国图书馆面临多元化的发展趋势,多元化、个性化、专业化的服务模式必将取代传统的服务模式。而一些在决策支持、科技查新、学科服务等方面的合作也势必成为我国图书馆拓展服务的主要内容。阐述了图书馆拓展服务的内容,探讨了拓展图书馆服务的方法,提出了创新图书馆服务理念与提升用户满意度的方案。At present, the libraries in China are facing the development tendency of diversification, and it is evadable the diversified, personalized and specialized service mode will replace the traditional service mode. And some cooperation in decision support, sci-tech novelty retrieval, and subject service, etc. will become the main contents of the expansion service of China＇ s libraries. This paper expounds the contents of library＇ s expansion service, probes into the methods for expanding library service, and puts forward the scheme for innovating library＇s service concept and improving users＇ satisfaction degree
