摘　　要：技术市场是我国社会主义市场体系的一个重要组成部分,农业技术市场属于行业技术市场。对农业技术市场的功能和作用、我国农业技术市场发展、我省农业技术交易现状及存在的主要问题、农业技术市场发展前景等做了论述,提出了加快发展农业技术市场要解决的关键问题。Technology market is an important part of the socialist market system in China, and agricultural technologymarket belongs to the industry＇s technology market. This paper discusses the functions and effects of agricultural technology market,the development of China＇s agricultural technology market,the current situation of and existing problems in agricultural technology transaction in Shanxi Province,and the development prospects of agricultural technology market, etc., and puts forward some key problems to be solved to accelerate the development of agricultural technology market.
