摘  要:目的:优选桑椹补脑膏的絮凝除杂工艺。方法:以除杂率,2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-β-D-葡萄糖苷和总多糖保留率的综合评分为指标,选取药液比、温度、壳聚糖用量及pH为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选桑椹补脑膏的絮凝除杂工艺。结果:最佳絮凝工艺为药液比1∶2,温度50℃,每100 mL药液加1%壳聚糖溶液10 mL,pH 4。结论:该絮凝工艺稳定可行,除杂率高,有效成分损失量少。Objective:To optimize flocculation clarification technology of Sangshen Bunao creams.Method:With the rate of impurity removal,the retention rate of stilbene glucoside and polysaccharide as comprehensive evaluation indexes,taking the degree of concentration,pH value,temperature and chitosan dosage as factors,L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize flocculation clarification technology of Sangshen Bunao creams by comprehensively weighted grading method.Result:Optimum flocculation clarification process conditions were as followings:water extraction liquid concentrated to 1∶2,flocculation temperature of 50 ℃,per 100 mL concentrated solution plus 1% chitosan solution 10 mL,pH of 4.Conclusion:This flocculation clarification technology was feasible and stable with high rate of impurity removal and high retention rate of active ingredients.
