摘 要:目的:建立广西产不同生长期苦玄参叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,Japan Shimadzu)分离分析,以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长264 nm,柱温25℃,流速1 mL.min-1,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2004A)软件进行分析。结果:10批苦玄参叶的HPLC指纹图谱共标定17个共有峰,相似度均>0.9。结论:建立苦玄参叶质量控制方法,指导苦玄参药材的采收加工和规范化种植提供实验数据。Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of leaf of Picria fel-tarrae in different growth periods.Method:High performance of liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted,the separation was performed on C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous acetic acid solution as mobile phase using a gradient elution;the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm,the column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1;the data calculation was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004A).Result: In the fingerprint,17 common peaks were confirmed and the similarity of 10 batches of leaf of Picria fel-tarrae.were above 0.9.Conclusion: The experiment result could provide experimental data for the quality control method of the leaf of Picria fel-tarrae.and for optimum collection time and actualizing standard planting of Picria fel-tarrae.
