摘 要:目的:研究菟丝子对大鼠抗运动性疲劳能力及脑组织自由基的影响。方法:以大强度耐力训练大鼠为模型,65只42 d龄雄性Wistar大鼠为对象,随机分为5组:静止对照组、运动对照组、运动+低剂量菟丝子组、运动+中剂量菟丝子组、运动+高剂量菟丝子组,每组12只。采用专业灌胃器每天灌胃给药(ig)1次。低、中、高剂量组ig剂量分别为1.16,2.32,6.96 g.kg-1.d-1,ig体积为5 mL.kg-1。静止对照组和运动对照组ig等量生理盐水。6周力竭游泳训练。末次训练后24 h,测定体重、力竭游泳时间及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等与疲劳作用相关的指标。结果:运动+菟丝子各剂量组体重均大于运动对照组(P<0.05),力竭游泳时间均长于运动对照组(P<0.01)。力竭游泳导致大鼠脑组织中MDA含量显著升高。运动对照组及运动+菟丝子各组分别升高至(6.46±0.21),(5.17±0.26),(4.89±0.19),(4.76±0.33)μmol.L,但运动+菟丝子各组明显低于运动对照组(P<0.01)。SOD,GSH-Px活性显著下降。运动对照组及运动+菟丝子各组SOD分别下降至(207.35±12.27),(245.85±11.31),(253.98±11.24),(261.31±12.69)U.mL-1,GSH-Px分别下降至(52.24±5.35),(68.57±5.83),(71.96±5.96),(73.38±5.15)U.mg-1,但运动+菟丝子各剂量组明显高于运动对照组(P<0.01)。结论:菟丝子具有提高脑组织抗氧化酶活性的作用,从而抑制大强度力竭运动造成的脑组织氧化损伤,延缓疲劳发生。Objective:To study the effects of Cuscuta chinensis on free radical in brain tissue and ability of resistance in exercise-induced fatigue rats.Method: The high-intensity endurance training in rats was used to establish exercise-induced fatigue model.The modeling rats were divided into the 4 groups:model group,low,medium and high groups of C.chinensis group(1.16,2.32,6.96 g · kg-1 · d-1,ig).Another group without exercise as a control group was set after 6 weeks of exhaustive swimming training.24 h after the last training,weight,exhaustive swimming time and malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in brain were observed.Result: The weight in C.chinensis groups was increased group(P&lt;0.05),swimming time became longer(P&lt;0.01) compared with model.In C.chinensis groups MDA were decreased compared with model group(P&lt;0.01),and SOD,GSH-Px activity was significantly increasee.Conclusion: C.chinensis has the antioxidation action and increase ability of resistance on exercise-induced fatigue
