摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参注射液辅佐神经节苷酯治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床应用价值。方法:将70例新生儿HIE患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用对症支持治疗,观察组应用神经节苷酯20 mg及丹参注射液4 mL,均静脉点滴,1次/d,连续2周。比较两组患儿治疗效果,新生儿神经行为(NBNA)评分变化及患儿惊厥、意识障碍、原始反射异常及肌张力异常改善时间。结果:观察组患儿有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组患儿的77.14%,(P<0.05)。治疗后1周及2周,两组患儿NBNA评分均显著改善,与治疗前相比均差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NBNA评分改善更显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿惊厥、意识障碍、原始反射异常及肌张力异常改善的时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液辅佐神经节苷酯治疗新生儿HIE治疗效果好,具有良好的应用价值。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of ganglioside supplemented by Danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）.Method：Seventy neonates with HIE were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the control group were given symptomatic and supportive treatment,the observation group was received ganglioside and Danshen injection.The efficacy,neonatal behavioral neurological assessment（NBNA） scores changes and the improvement of convulsions,disturbance of consciousness,abnormal primitive reflexes and dystonia were observed and compared.Result：The effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,significantly higher than that of the control group（77.14%）,the difference had statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.After one week and two weeks of treatment,the NBNA scores of two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Compared with the control group,NBNA scores in the observation group after treatment were improved significantly（P＆lt;0.05）.The time of convulsions,disturbance of consciousness,the original abnormal reflexes and dystonia were improved in the observation group significantly compared with those of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Ganglioside supplemented by Danshen injection is effective in the treatment of HIE,and shows marked clinical value.
