摘 要:目的:探讨丹红注射液对短暂性脑缺血发作患者脑血管血流动力学参数及神经功能相关因子的影响。方法:选取近年于本院进行治疗的58例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为对照组和观察组每组各29例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液40 mL+5%葡萄糖溶液,iv,qd,连续2周,将两组患者治疗前和治疗后1,2周的脑血管血液动力学参数和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100B蛋白(S-100B)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平进行比较。结果:治疗后的1周和2周观察组的平均血流速度(Vmean)、最大血流速度(Vmax)、最小血流速度(Vmin)及平均血流量(Qmean)均高于对照组,阻力(R)均低于对照组,血清NSE,S-100B,MBP,GFAP水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对短暂性脑缺血发作患者脑血管血流动力学参数及神经功能相关因子的影响明显,可有效改善患者脑部血供。Objective:To study the influence of Danhong injection on cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters and nerve function related factors in patients with transient ischemic attack.Method:Fifty-eight patients with transient ischemic attack in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 29 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine treatment,the observation group were treated with Danhong injection 40 mL+5% glucose solution iv,daily,for 2 weeks,based on the treatment of control group.Then cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters and serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),S100B protein(S-100B),myelin basic protein(MBP),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) of two groups before and after the treatment after 1 and 2 weeks were compared.Result:The mean flow velocity(Vmean),maximum-portal flow velocity(Vmax),minimum flow velocity(Vmin) and mean blood flow(Qmean) of observation group after the treatment for 1 and 2 weeks were higher than those in control group,resistance(R) were lower than that of control group,serum NSE,S-100B,MBP and GFAP were all lower than those of control group(all P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:The influence of Danhong injection on cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters and nerve function related factors in patients with transient ischemic attack is significant,and the injection can effectively improve the blood supply in brain.
