下肢深部静脉血栓孕妇炎症因子的差异表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕妇的下肢深部形成静脉血栓后炎症因子的变化以及对患者的影响。方法:选取2007年3月～2011年8月孕妇40例,将40例孕妇按是否患有DVT分为A、B两组,A组为正常孕妇组,B组为患有DVT的孕妇组,每组20例,观察两组孕妇的炎症因子变化。结果:患有下肢深部静脉血栓的孕妇的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、hs-CRP、INF-γ水平明显高于正常组孕妇。通过对20例不同程度DVT患者血栓病情的形成、稳定、恢复、再复发四个病程中炎症因子的测定得出,随着炎症因子水平不断增高,血栓越严重,炎症因子水平越高。结论:患有DVT孕妇的炎症因子数明显高于正常组孕妇,且炎症因子的水平和患者的患病程度成正比。其临床意义为在下肢深部形成静脉血栓的过程中有炎症因子的参与,影响患者的生理病理过程并增加了孕妇的DVT患病率。Objective： To discuss the changes and clinical influences of pregnant womeng inflammation factors after lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） . Methods： 40 cases of pregnant women from March 2007 to August 2011 were chosen and divided into two groups according to whether suffering from DVT, 20 normal ones in group A （ control group） and 20 DVT ones in group B （ experimental group） . The inflammation factors of the two groups were observed. Results： For those pregnant women who suffered from lower extremity DVT： tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- α）, interleukin- 6 （IL- 6）, interleukin- 10 （IL- 10）, high- sensitivity C- reactive protein （hs -CRP） and INF -7 levels were all obviously higher in experimental group than those of control group. Through tests on inflammatory factors of the 20 patients with DVT of different degree in the formation, stability, recovery and recurring of thrombosis, it was found that the more serious thrombosis the patient suffered from, the more inflammation factor numbers there were. Conclusion： Those pregnant women who suffer from DVT have obviously higher inflammation factor number than those of healthy pregnant women. And the number of inflammation factors are directly proportional to the patients＇conditions. In the process of lower extremity DVT, inflammation factors join in and thus influ- ence patients＇physiological and pathological processes and increase the morbidity of DVT.
