固定和流动煤矿工人性态度和性行为特征调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨流动和固定煤矿工人性态度和性行为特征,为制定针对煤矿工人的科学、可行、注重实效的性病/艾滋病防治健康教育模式提供理论依据。方法应用自行设计的调查表对煤矿工人的性态度和高危性行为情况进行调查,共调查2 936名煤矿工人,其中固定工人1 636名,流动工人1 300名。结果固定工人与流动工人对"如果夫妻感情好,发生婚外性行为也是可以接受的"、"无论在什么情况下,在结婚后与除配偶以外的人发生性行为是可以接受的"态度不同;高危性行为发生率流动工人明显高于固定工人,分别为16.1%和12.8%;发生高危性行为的地点主要是在外出打工的地方,每次发生高危性行为时均使用避孕套的比例非常低,不足30%。结论煤矿工人人群中有相当数量的人对婚前、婚外性行为及多性伙伴性行为和卖淫、嫖娼等商业性性行为比较宽容和开放,发生婚前、婚外及多性伙伴行为时使用避孕套的使用率低,加强对煤矿工人宣传教育工作非常必要。Objective To explore sexual attitudes and sexual behavior characteristics in different type coal mine workers(migrant workers and fixed workers),and provide theoretical basis for developing the scientific,feasible,result-oriented STD/AIDS prevention and control and the health education model.Methods Total 2 936 coal miners were investigated by using design questionnaire to the coal mine workers sexual attitudes and high-risk sexual behavior,including fixed worker 1 636,1 300 migrant workers.Results There were different oppions on two items 'if couples good,had extramarital sex is also acceptable' and 'in any case,after marriage and in addition to people outside the spouse sex is acceptable' in fixed workers and migrant workers.The rate of high risk behavior was higher in migrant workers than those in fixed workers,they were 16.1% and 12.8% respectively;the site of high risk behavior was primarily in the work place to go out.The ratio of the condom used was less than 30% for each high-risk unprotected sex.Conclusions There are a number of people hold a comparison tolerance and open attitude for premarital sex,outside marriaged sex,sexual partners and commercial sex such as prostitution or whoring among coal mine workers.The ratio of the condom used is very low in their sex.So it is very necessary to strengthen the propaganda education to coal mine worker.
