摘 要:为检验基于海洋石油降解菌群DC10的复合菌液(专利号ZL 201010223463.6)的除油能力,依据降解指数n-C17/Pr、n-C18/Ph计算石油烃降解率,监测海水中石油烃和氮、磷的浓度变化,综合评价模拟溢油岸滩的生物修复效果.结果显示,模拟溢油岸滩条件下,添加了复合菌液和可溶性营养盐的处理28 d后石油烃降解率分别为43.47%和45.07%,与自然风化相比提高了24.70%和26.40%;添加复合菌液和缓释肥的处理28 d后石油烃降解率分别为75.65%和78.28%,与自然风化相比提高了56.88%和59.61%.结果表明,复合菌液具有较好的降解效果,缓释肥对生物降解的促进效应优于可溶性营养盐;研究结果为复合菌液进一步在实际溢油岸滩生物修复中的应用奠定了基础.In order to verify the oil-removal capability of a composite bacterial culture (patent no. ZL 201010223463.6) derived from marine oil-degrading bacterial community DC10, the culture was applied to remediate a simulated oil-polluted beach. The extent of bioremediation was assessed by analyzing the degradation rates of petroleum hydrocarbons calculated by the decline of n-C17/Pr and n-C18/Ph, and monitoring the concentration of dissolved oil, nitrogen and phosphorus in sea water. In the treatment supplemented with composite bacterial culture and dissolved nutritional salts, the n-C17/Pr and n-C18/Ph degradation rates were 43.47% and 45.07% in 28 days, respectively, 24.70% and 26.40% higher than those in natural weathering treatment. In the treatment supplemented with composite bacterial culture and slow release fertilizer, the n-C17/Pr and n-C18/Ph degradation rates were 75.65% and 78.28% in 28 days, respectively, 56.88% and 59.61% higer than those in natural weathering treatment. These findings showed that the composite bacterial culture was applicable in remediating simulated oil-polluted beach and such applicability could be more significantly enhanced by slow releasing fertilizer as compared with dissolved nutritional salts. Our patented composite bacterial culture promises for remediating real oil-contaminated beach. Fig 5, Tab 2, Ref 22
