摘　　要：大型施工机械的安全分析对大型施工机械的安全设计、安全监测起着非常重要的作用。提出了施工工艺驱动的大型施工机械三维安全分析体系,该三维体系将大型施工机械分为多个机械功能子系统,按施工工艺流程分为多个施工工序,通过分析机械功能子系统在各个施工工序的工作状态,对大型施工机械进行系统的安全分析。采用所提出的安全分析方法对高铁用900t架桥机进行了安全分析,给该设备的安全设计提供了有效的指导。Safety analysis of large--scale construction machine is very important to safety design and safety monitor. A three dimensional safety analysis system was presented based on construction technology section, in which a large--scale construction machine was divided into subsystems and the construction technology into sections. Through the analyses of subsystems in each section, this sys- tem provides a systemized method for safety analysis of large--scale construction machine. Based on the presented method, the safety analysis of 900tons bridge erector which was used in high--speed railway construction was made to instruct the safety design of this machine.
