摘 要:目的:优选浓缩乳腺丸的提取工艺。方法:采取正交试验法研究不同乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、水提取时间、水体积对浓缩乳腺丸中有效成分的提取率的影响,采用高效液相色谱法测定其中有效成分的含量,进行统计分析,筛选最优工艺。结果:最优的提取条件为5倍量70%的乙醇,7倍量的水提取3次,每次120min。按该工艺制备的浓缩乳腺丸中阿魏酸、柴胡皂苷d、芍药苷3种有效成分含量均高于乳腺丸(P<0.01)。结论:优选后的制备工艺中阿魏酸、柴胡皂苷d、芍药苷3种有效成分提取效率高,且稳定。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techniques of concentrated breast pill. METHODS To investigate the effects of extraction rate of active components in the concentrated breast pills with different ethanol concentration, the amount of ethanol, water extraction time and the volume of water by orthogonal design method. High performance liquid chromatogra- phy was used for the determination of active components, screening the optimal process through statistical analysis. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: adding 5 times amount of 70% ethanol, 7 times the amount of water, ex- tracting for 3 times and 120 minutes each time. The contents of ferulic acid, saikosaponin d and paeoniflorin in concentrated breast pills prepared by this process were higher than those in breast pills (P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION The preferred prepara- tion process of ferulic acid, saikosaponin d and paeoniflorin have higher extraction efficiency. The process is feasible and stable.
