论我国档案馆社会地位的渐变——兼论档案馆在《宪法》中的地位

摘　　要：本文将我国档案馆建设发展分为三个阶段,并分别论述了三个阶段的不同特点,总体上体现出我国档案馆近60年来建设和发展的成就,以及与此相伴的档案馆社会地位的逐步变化。文章进一步指出,应根据档案馆社会地位的实际变化对《宪法》的相关条文做适当的修改,使档案馆在《宪法》中获得应有的地位。In this article, the construction and development of China＇s archives is discussed in three stages with different features analyzed in each. Through the viewing of this evolution, this paper aims to show the progress and accomplishment that China＇s archives have made in the past sixty years and the changes of these archives＇ social status within this evolution. Furthermore, the article pointed out that the article in the Constitutions of the People＇s Republic of China must be amended according to the changes of these archives＇ social status.
