影响民间档案资源建设的因素及思考

摘　　要：本文从社会传统档案意识、相关的法律、法规与政策、民间档案的保护体制以及社会对民间档案价值的认知度等方面对影响民间档案资源建设的因素进行了分析研究,并提出应在统一思想认识的基础上,建立与完善相关的法律、法规与政策,重视发挥民间组织的社会力量等针对性的建议。From the aspects of social traditional consciousness of archive, the relevant laws, regulations and policies, the protection system of the nongovernmental archives, as well as the social awareness of nongovernmental archives＇ value, the present study analyzes the factors affecting the construction of nongovernmental archival resources. Moreover, it proposes that we should establish and improve the relevant laws, regulations and policies based on unifying the thinking, and that we should treasure the social forces of the nongovernmental society organizations.
