摘  要:目的:优选软坚消瘿颗粒的挥发油提取及β-CD包合物工艺。方法:以挥发油得率,挥发油包合率为指标,采用L9(34)正交实验设计,优选挥发油提取及β-CD包合物工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用6倍量水浸泡药材2 h,水蒸气蒸馏法提取6 h。最佳包合工艺为β-CD:软坚消瘿颗粒挥发油=10:1(g.mL-1),包合温度为40℃,包合时间为1.5 h;A2B3C3为优选出的最佳工艺方案。结论:本工艺包合物含量较高,工艺稳定且操作简便,可用于软坚消瘿颗粒的生产中。Objective:To optimize the volatile oils extraction and β-cyclodextrin clathrates process of Ruanjian Xiaoying Granules.Methods:The orthogonal test of L9(34)was used to optimize the volatile oils extraction and β-cyclodextrin clathrates process of Ruanjian Xiaoying Granules with the content of the volatile oils of yeild and considered close rate as indexes.Results:The best extracting process was using 6 times water to immersion for 2 hours then extracting for 6 hours.The best preparation process was as follows:β-cyclodextrin:compound Ruanjian Xiaoying Granules=10:1(g·mL-1),at 40℃ for 1.5 hours.A2B3C3 was the best extraction scheme.Conclusion:The preparation process can be a scheme to obtain the clathrate with high content of effective component,which can be used in the preparation of the clathrate.
