摘　　要：目的:通过分析临床166例节段型白癜风皮损分布部位与中医经络循行的关系,找出其中的规律,指导临床治疗。方法:根据中医经络学说和经络循行路线,分别对166例节段型白癜风的皮损分布进行分类。结果:在中医经络中,节段型白癜风累及阳经多于阴经,脏腑分属腑多于脏,足三阳经多于手三阳经,足三阴经多于手三阴经,累及最多的是足阳明胃经,其次为足少阳胆经和足太阳膀胱经。结论:节段型白癜风与中医经络可能有一定的关系,提示我们可以结合脏腑经络辨证以丰富白癜风的辨证体系,而且在临床上可酌加相应的引经药或为按照中医经络理论采取相应的针灸拔罐等治疗,以期会改善节段型白癜风对非手术治疗疗效欠佳的现状。Objective：Through the analysis of 166 cases of segmental vitiligo lesions distribution and the meridians course,the relationship and the law were found out to guide clinical treatment.Methods：According to the theory of meridian and the meridian course,166 cases of segmental vitiligo lesions were made distribution classification.Results：In the meridians,segmental vitiligo involves more yang meridians belonging to the Fu organs,foot yang and yin meridians more than hand yang and yin meridians,the most common involving one is foot-Yangming meridian of stomach,followed by foot-Shaoyang meridian of gall bladder and foot-Taiyang meridian of bladder.Conclusion：Segmental vitiligo may have a certain relationship with meridians,suggesting that we can combine the dialectical system of organs and meridians to enrich the syndrome differentiation of vitiligo,and add the classical drugs properly or corresponding acupuncture and cupping therapy in accordance with the meridian theory,in order to improve the poor status of segmental vitiligo on the non-surgical treatment.
