益气活血方对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合质量及复发的影响

摘　　要：目的:复制大鼠乙酸性胃溃疡复发模型并观察益气活血方的干预作用。方法:采用改良Okabe乙酸涂抹法制作大鼠胃溃疡模型,腹腔注射白细胞介索1β(IL-1β)致愈合溃疡复发。48只大鼠随机分为模型组、奥美拉唑组、益气活血方组、益气活血方+奥美拉唑组及奥美拉唑复发组、益气活血方+奥美拉唑复发组,观察各组胃大体改变、胃黏膜组织病理学改变及胃溃疡复发率。结果:益气活血方+奥美拉唑复发组、奥美拉唑复发组复发率分别为100%(8/8)、50%(4/8),溃疡呈病理结构改变,溃疡边缘见残留之再生黏膜,再生黏膜较薄,有较多炎症细胞浸润。益气活血方能改善胃溃疡愈合,减低瘢痕黏膜炎症细胞浸润的密度,增加微血管数量,降低溃疡复发率。结论:益气活血方能通过提高溃疡愈合质量,从而降低溃疡复发。增加新生血管数量是其主要作用特点。Objective：To reproduce a rat model of gastric ulcer recurrence and investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Formula（YQHXF）on it.Methods：The gastric ulcer was induced in rat by Okabe＇s method with some modification and the recurrence model was caused by IL-1β.Forty-eight rats were divided into six groups： model group,omeprazole（OMLZ）group,YQHXF group,YQHXF ＋ OMLZ group,OMLZ recurrence group and YQHXF＋OMLZ recurrence group.Recurrence rate,general situation and pathohistological structure were observed.Results：The recurrence rates of gastric ulcer in YQHXF＋OMLZ model recurrence group and OMLZ model recurrence group were 50%（4/8）and 100%（8/8）respectively.Ulcerative pathohistological structure was presented.Some regenerative mucosa still remained in the edge of ulcer.The generative mucosa was thin and infiltrated by many inflammatory cells.YQHXF improved the healing of ulcer,reduced the density of inflammatory cell infiltrating in regenerative mucosa and increased capillaries were obviously.Thereby it prevented the gastric ulcer recurrence.Conclusion：YQHXF increases capillary and inhibits inflammatory reaction,which may be one of mechanisms of its anti-recurrence effect.
