活血化瘀药佐治儿童痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀药治疗儿童痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例符合痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎诊断标准患儿,随机分成两组,治疗组、对照组各30例。所有患儿均使用阿奇霉素针10 mg/(kg.d)静滴治疗5天,同时服用中药1周。治疗组在使用对照组的中药前提下加用活血化瘀药物,如丹参、桃仁、川芎、赤芍。观察患儿临床症状体征改善时间、病程、肺部炎症吸收时间等各项指标。结果:两组患儿热退时间、肺部罗音消失时间、住院时间,治疗组均优于对照组,经统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);咳嗽明显缓解时间治疗组较对照组有所缩短,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床总体疗效治疗组显效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,经统计学分析差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加用活血化瘀药对改善儿童痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎的临床症状、体征、病程等方面具有一定的优势,临床疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of herbs for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis on treating children＇s mycoplasma pneumoniae with the pattern of phlegm and heat obstructing lung.Methods： A total of 60 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae（the pattern of phlegm and heat obstructing lung） were divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） at random.The children in two groups both used azithromycin by the dose of 10 mg /（kg.d） for five days,and took Chinese herb for one week.The treatment group added herbs for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,like Danshen,Taoren,Chuanxiong,Chishao.Some indexes such as the thermal fade time,the time of rales disappeared and the length of stay was observed.Results： The statistical analysis of the two groups in the thermal fade time and the day of rales disappeared,the length of stay proved that the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05）;cough relieving time in the treatment group was shorter than that in control group,without statisticant difference（P 0.05）;on the overall clinical efficacy evaluation,the excellence rate of treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 83.3%,the treatment group was better than the control group in clinical curative effect（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Adding herbs for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis has certain advantages on improving clinical symptoms and signs,shortening course and so on.
