摘  要:以石化干法腈纶厂三沉池出水为试验原水,研究了厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)生物滤池工艺处理干法腈纶废水的效果。试验结果表明,ANAMMOX生物滤池中靠近进水端生物活性高,当腈纶废水COD/NH3—N高于3.52时,ANAMMOX脱氮性能受到抑制;硝酸盐氮浓度在40~50 mg/L时,对ANAMMOX反应影响不大;pH在7.7~8.43时和水力停留时间的适当增加有利于ANAMMOX反应的进行,该工艺在增加脱氮效果的同时可进一步去除COD。Using the wastewater from the third sedimentation tank in dry-spun acrylic fiber plant as the raw water, this research studied the treatment of dry-spun acrylic fiber wastewater by Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidization (ANAMMOX) bio-filter. The experiment results showed that the high biological activity was found close to the ANAMMOX bio-filter entrance; when the COD/ NHa--N in dry-spun acrylic fiber wastewater was above 3. 52, the nitrogen removal ability of AN- AMMOX was depressed; when the nitrate concentration was between 40 to 50 rag/L, its influence on ANAMMOX reaction could be negligible; controlling the pH between 7.7 to 8. 43 and properly increasing HRT could be beneficial to the ANAMMOX reaction. This process could further remove COD as well as enhance the nitrogen removal.
