摘　　要：民族区域自治是中国传统文化和西方民族国家思想与社会主义价值的一种集成,它是在长期的、艰苦的革命斗争过程中对民族自决理论进行不断扬弃而形成的一个重大理论创举和实践创新。历史证明,它为中国少数民族聚居地区的各民族为实现民族平等与和谐共存提供了制度上的保障。面临现阶段表现突出的民族矛盾和危机,我们需要在对民族区域自治及其理论渊源——民族自决思想进行梳理、分析之后,方能对现行的民族区域自治制度持有比较理性的认识以及明晰当前的民族问题症结之所在。The regional autonomy for minority nationalities integrated of China traditional culture,western national thought and socialist value,it is a major theoretical and practical innovation which was formed of the theory of self-determination in the process of the long-term and arduous revolution struggle.The history has proved,it provides security in the system for national equality and harmonious coexistence in Chinese minority region.At the present stage,Face the outstanding national contradiction and crisis,we need to comb and analysis the regional autonomy for minority nationalities and the theory of national self-determination,so that we can have more rational understanding of the regional autonomy of minority nationalities,and clear the national problem problem at the present time.
