摘 要:采用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)高胶粉(ABSHR)和乙醇胺为原料,以邻二氯苯为溶剂,乙酸锌为催化剂合成了噁唑啉官能化ABSHR(oxa-ABSHR)。在不同的反应条件下制备了不同噁唑啉基团生成率的ABS高胶粉,并应用于丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混物体系。傅里叶红外光谱分析表明成功地在ABS高胶粉上引入了噁唑啉基团。差示量热扫描仪分析和毛细流变仪测试表明,噁唑啉基团与PET端基发生了反应,并改善了体系的相容性。扫描电子显微镜分析表明,PET在ABS基体里的分散在加入oxa-ABSHR后变得更加规则,粒径更小。当加入6%(质量分数,下同)的噁唑啉基团生成率为50%的oxa-ABSHR时,ABS/PET体系缺口冲击性能提高了102%。Oxazoline-functionalized ABS high rubber powder (oxa-ABbHN) was synmeslzeo via reaction between ABS high rubber powder (ABSHR) and aminethanol in o-dichlorobenzene solution. Various oxa-ABSHRs of different oxazoline conversion rates were produced, and they were applied in ABS/PET blends. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) indicated that oxazoline groups had been introduced onto ABSHR successfully. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rheological tests demonstrated that PET was partially miscible with ABS because oxazoline groups have reacted with PET end groups. The scanning electrons microscopy (SEM) showed that PET particles dispersed in ABS matrix more regularly and the diameter was smaller. When adding 6 % oxa-ABSHR whose oxazoline formation rate was 50 %, the Izod impact strength of the blends increased by 102 %.
