摘 要:根据径向波导传输线理论,提出了一种基于多圈多路功率分配网络匹配级联的多路不等分功率分配器设计方法;并利用径向波导场结构特性和多探针耦合原理,实现了一种多路不等分功率分配器,该结构具有低损耗、高精度性能,且可实现所需的端口相位和幅度一致性。作为验证,文中实现了一个L波段19路不等分功率分配器,电磁仿真和测试结果表明,内圈7路幅相不平衡度分别小于0.1dB和0.4°,外圈12端口幅相不平衡度分别小于0.3dB和1.8°。测试与仿真结果比较吻合,验证了该分析方法的正确性与可行性。On the basis of radial wavegnide transmission line theory, a method to design multi-way unequal power divider based on the cascade of multi-circle multi-way matching network is proposed. And by using the symmetry of electromagnetic field in radial waveguide and multi-probe couphng principle, a multi-way unequal power divider is ultimately designed. The divider has properties of low-insertion-loss and high-precision, and can achieve the good magnitude and phase consisten- cy. For verification, a 19-way unequal divider at L-band is designed and fabricated, the EM simulation and the measured results show that, 7 probes on inner circle have magnitude and phase imbalance less than 0. 1dB and 0.4 degree, while 12 probes on outer circle have magnitude and phase imbalance less than 0.3dB and 1.8 degree. The measured results present a good agreement with the simulated ones, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the analytical method.
