大豆黄酮对产蛋初期豁眼鹅产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：为研究大豆黄酮对产蛋初期豁眼鹅产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响,试验选取23月龄豁眼鹅108只,随机分为3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组),每组3个重复,每个重复12只,分别在基础日粮中添加0、3、6 mg/kg大豆黄酮。试验期28 d。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的雄性豁眼鹅体增重分别比对照组提高14.29%和121.43%,雌鹅平均蛋重分别提高0.4%和1.4%,受精率分别提高7.5%和6.6%;试验组蛋形指数、蛋白高度和哈氏单位均提高,蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重/蛋重比值均降低,蛋黄颜色变深,但日产蛋量下降。由此说明,适量的大豆黄酮可增加产蛋初期豁眼鹅的蛋重,提高其受精率和蛋品质,改善蛋黄颜色,但会使产蛋初期豁眼鹅产蛋量下降。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of daidzein on the egg laying performance and egg quality of Huoyan geese at the earlier stage of laying period.108 23-month-old Huoyan geese were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups （control group,group I and group II） with 3 replications of 12 each,which were fed basal diet added Daidzein 0,3 mg/kg and 6 mg/kg.The results showed that：compared with the control group ,male Huoyan geese＇s body weight gain of group I and group 11 increased by 14.29% and 121.43% ,respectively ,the average goose egg weight increased by 0.4% and 1.4% ,respectively;fertilization rate increased by 7.5% and 6.6% ;egg shape index,albumen height and Haugh unit of treatment groups all increased, shell thickness, shell weight and egg weight ratio all decreased ,the egg yolk color became darker,but the day egg production declined.The results indicated that the moderate amount of daidzein could increase the egg weight,enhance the rate of fertilization and egg quality,and improve the egg yolk color of gees in earlier laying period ,but could make egg production decline.
