集群核心企业外向型知识吸收能力测量研究

摘　　要：以复杂产品制造业为例,从过程观视角基于异质性、开放性和动态性深入剖析了集群核心企业外向型知识吸收能力的概念内涵及体系构成。设计开发了相应的研究量表,并对通过问卷形式收集的数据进行了信度及效度检验。研究结果不仅能够为后续的实证分析提供可供参考的测量框架,同时能够在一定程度上为集群核心企业自身及集群整体创新能力的培育和发展提供理论参考和决策借鉴。Taking the complex product manufacturing for example and based on the research perspective of heterogeneous,open and dynamic nature,this paper analyzes the content and system composition of eternal knowledge absorptive capacity in core cluster business in-depth from a process perspective.On this basis,the research designs and develops appropriate scale,and does reliability testing,KMO and Bartlett spherical test,the load factor extraction and factor analysis and validity test of data collected from questionnaire.The results can not only provide reference measurement frame for the subsequent empirical analysis,but also exhibits a practical significance of reference and guidance for the cultivation and development of technological innovation in the cluster core businesses and the whole industry clusters.
