摘　　要：心理学视野下,创新素质包含创新意识、创新思维、创新知识、创新技能和创新人格五大方面。通过剖析大学生创新素质现状,运用创新理论,从教育观念、教学模式、激励机制、实践平台和创新氛围五个方面提出培养大学生创新素质的举措,以推进高校创新人才培养。From the perspective of psychology, innovation quality includes five factors, namely innovation consciousness, innovative thinking, innovation knowledge, innovative skills, innovative personality. To promote the talent cultivation in universities, the author analyzes the current situation of college students＇ innovation quality, and put forward measures from five aspects such as education concept, teaching model, incentive mechanism, practice platform and innovation atmosphere on the basis of innovation theory.
