摘　　要：高职院校的学生党建应针对高职院校的办学宗旨,结合人才培养工作目标,与学生的教育管理工作相呼应。学生党建在思想建设、组织建设、作风建设等方面,要贯穿到校园文化建设和学风建设中,并树立学生党建在学生工作的"龙头"地位。Student party construction in higher vocational colleges should aim at the talent cultivation goal of higher vocational colleges and echo with student management. Student party construction should be infiltrated into campus cultural construction and learning atmosphere construction, so as to give full play to its leading role in student affairs.
