摘　　要：文章从大学生职业规划教育缺失负面影响、大学生职业规划缺失的原因及完善大学生职业生涯规划的措施等三个方面进行了深入的探讨。希望能够对大学生职业规划工作起到一定的帮助作用,能够更好地帮助大学生认识自己,完善自我,现实自己的人生价值。The article makes an in-depth discussion from such three aspects as the negative impact of the lack of career planning, education of college students, the reasons for the lack of college students＇ career planning, and the measures to improve college students＇ career planning. The writer hopes it can play a helpful role in college students＇ occupational planning, better able to help students understand their own self-perfection, the reality of their life values.
