摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,我国少数民族大学生逐年增加,但同样面临着严峻的就业形势。本文尝试通过调查研究,并结合国家对少数民族就业政策的分析,找出有利于少数民族大学生就业的对策,以期缓解少数民族大学生就业困难的局面,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。With the advent of the era of mass higher education, minority university students increase year by year in our country, but they are also faced with severe employment situation. Through investigation and study, and according to national minority employment policy, this paper attempts to find out countermeasures for minority university students＇ employment, in order to alleviate the difficult situation of minority university students＇ employment, and promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
