摘  要:内置保温层组合墙体是集结构承载和保温节能为一体的新型组合结构体系,结合其在浇筑工作面上进行混凝土湿筛分同时浇筑承重墙和保温层外混凝土保护层的施工工艺,制备了基准混凝土、湿筛分细石混凝土和二次混合混凝土的试件,采用水洗法测定了各种混凝土拌合物中粗骨料体积率及颗粒级配、水泥砂浆体积率及砂率,研究了这些参数变化与各种混凝土的拌合物工作性能及立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和弹性模量之间的内在联系,为内置保温层组合墙体的混凝土湿筛浇筑工艺提供了科学依据。The composite wall with internal thermal insulation layer is a new composite structure with the functions of the load bearing and the thermal insulation for energy conservation.In view of the cast-in-situ wet-sieving technology of concrete simultaneously construct- ing the reinforced concrete wall and the concrete cover outside the thermal insulation layer, the specimens were made of the original concrete,the fine-aggregate concrete passing the sieve and the second-mixed concrete.The volume percentage and grading of coarse aggregate, the volume percentage of cement mortar and the sand ratio of these kinds of concrete were measured by the washing method, which were analyzed to explore the inherence of the variation of workability of fresh concrete and cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of hardened concrete.The result provided the scientific foundation for the cast-in-situ wet-sieving technology of concrete for the composite wall with internal thermal insulation layer.
