摘  要:喷射补偿收缩混凝土是在普通混凝土中添加膨胀剂和速凝剂配制而成,膨胀剂使得混凝土产生体积微膨胀,来全部或部分抵消混凝土的干缩变形,从而减轻混凝土的开裂病害。本研究采用XRD和SEM等常规物相分析法对矿渣水泥、4种膨胀剂和速凝剂配制水泥净浆进行微观结构试验,对其水化产物、微观结构及形貌特征进行了探讨。结果表明:微观试验定性得出矿渣水泥、速凝剂和CSA膨胀剂复合效果最好,28 d时胶凝材料反应相对较快,水泥净浆中钙矾石生成量最多,且其衍射峰值最强,表明该种复合胶凝材料适宜组合配制,有较好的复合早强效果。Compensation shrinkage shotcrete is added expansion agent and accelerator in common concrete, expansion agent makes concrete produce volume micro expansion, to all or part of the offset concrete shrinkage deformation, thus reduce the concrete crack diseases. Such as XRD and SEM conventional content phase analysis to slag cement, four kinds of expansion agent and accelerator compound cement net pulp for microstructure test, the hydration products, microstructure and morphology characteristics were discussed.The results showed that the micro test qualitative draw slag cement, accelerator and CSA expansion agent composite effect best, 28 d cementing material reaction relatively fast, cement net pulp ettringite generation most, and the diffraction peak was the most powerful, showed that the composite cementing materials suitable for combination preparation, and had a good composite early strength effect.
